My phone and fax share the same line; if I’m on the phone won’t I miss my orders being sent?

The automated faxing system will recognize that you are busy on the line and will retry until the order has been sent. If it is unsuccessful for any reason it will contact a member of our support team for investigation.

How do I make changes to my menu?

One of the great benefits of the Internet is the ease of making alterations. Edit content directly or just send us your amendments and we’ll make sure your menu is updated with as little delay as possible.
